Please carefully review our Shipping Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.



WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.


1. Free Shipping

We offer free standardshipping on orders over $100, which includes subscription products as well..

2. Standard Shipping
For orders under $100, the shipping charges can vary and depend on our shipping partners.
3. Expedited Shipping
For any orders, including orders over $100, you can choose the expedited shipping option if available, but that costs more than standard shipping, which is charged by our shipping partner.

WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?

For free as well as standard shipping, you can expect to receive your product within 3-4 business days. If it's been a week and you still haven't received your product, you can reach out to us and we'll do everything in our power to ensure the order reaches to you as soon as possible.



Please note: All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith, but are estimates only.



Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with the updates and also send a link to the tracking order page.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?


If you are buying a subscription, we'll fulfil the order depending on the frequency. So if you subscribe to one of our products on November 10th 2022 and choose 30 days frequency, the next order shall be fulfilled on December 10th 2022, that is, 30 days after the first fulfilment. We do send you a text and an email 3 days prior to the fulfilment and give you options to skip, cancel, or swap the subscription with other products.



DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?


We don't offer international shipping, however, if you'd like to purchase in bulk, you can apply through wholesale if you're a business, or if you're simply a customer, you could just reach out to us at info@peelawaylabs.com



WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?


If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
