How long does PeelAways delivery take?

For free as well as standard shipping, you can expect to receive your product within 3–5 business days.

What time does PeelAways ship orders?

PeelAways usually ships by 1pm EST on weekdays. If you need to change or cancel your order, email info@peelawaylabs.com or use the chat box as soon as possible before this cutoff.

What if my order hasn't arrived after a week?

If it has been a week and you still have not received your product, you can track your order or reach out to PeelAways directly. They will do everything in their capabilities to ensure the order reaches you as soon as possible.

Does PeelAways offer international shipping?

PeelAways does not offer international shipping for standard orders. However, if you would like to purchase in bulk, you can apply through the wholesale program if you are a business, or reach out directly at info@peelawaylabs.com if you are a customer.

What happens if my delivery is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, PeelAways will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. All delivery dates are estimates given in good faith.

Shipping Options

1. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100, or on any order that includes 3 or more products. This applies to subscription orders as well.

2. Standard Shipping

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, standard shipping charges apply and vary depending on our shipping partners.

3. Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is available for all orders, including those over $100. Expedited shipping is charged at rates set by our shipping partner and costs more than standard shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

For both free and standard shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 3 to 4 business days. If it has been a week since your order shipped and you have not received it, please contact us and we will do everything we can to resolve the issue promptly.

All delivery dates and times are estimates only, provided in good faith.

Once your order is packaged, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to the tracking page.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders are fulfilled based on your chosen frequency. For example, if you subscribe on November 10 with a 30-day frequency, your next order will be fulfilled on December 10. We will send you a text and email 3 days before each fulfillment with options to skip, cancel, or swap products.

International Shipping
