Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Items not eligible for a refund include:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as processing time varies. If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, contact us at info@peelaways.com.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective, damaged, or if you would like a different size or variant. Email us at info@peelaways.com to initiate an exchange. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
