Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging

• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items that are not eligible for return include:

• Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error

• Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email us at info@peelaways.com. We will respond within 48 hours on business days with the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please take the following steps before contacting us:

• Check your bank account again.

• Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. We also accommodate exchanges for a different size or variant. To request an exchange, email us at info@peelaways.com, and we will arrange the details with you.

For approved exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement product to you.

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
